1.1 The Goods shall be delivered to Omniva or DPD parcel machines in Latvia in accordance with the Price List. Orders over EUR 40 - free delivery within Latvia.

1.2 Before making payment, the Buyer must select the most convenient delivery method and the specific parcel machine from the available list of parcel machines.

1.3 If the Buyer fails to collect the Goods from the parcel office within the time limit notified to the Buyer by text message and/or email, the Goods shall be returned to the Seller, the order shall be cancelled and the Buyer shall be refunded the money paid for the Goods less delivery charges and payment service providers' fees.

1.4 Delivery may also be made by courier to a specific address specified by the Buyer, both in Latvia and other European countries, or to parcel offices in other European countries. Specific delivery prices are calculated upon request. If the Buyer wishes to use the methods of delivery referred to in this paragraph, it must order the Goods by contacting the Seller by e-mail info@innosenta.lv.

1.5 Delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. The Seller shall inform the Buyer if the delay is caused by the Seller. The Buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract for the purchase of the Goods.

1.6 The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods due to objective reasons, including the fault of third parties or the Buyer.
