1.1 If the Buyer is a consumer (natural person), in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. If the expiry date falls on an "official" public holiday, the right of withdrawal must be exercised up to and including the working day following the expiry date.

1.2 The Buyer must notify the Seller of the cancellation in writing by e-mail to info@innosenta.lv. The cancellation may be in free form.

1.3 The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller at the Omniva outlet in Sigulda, Vidus iela 1 (ELVI supermarket outlet) no later than within the period provided for the right of withdrawal. The deadline will be met if the Buyer returns the goods before the end of the 14-day period.

1.4 Returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as when they were sent.

1.5 Upon receipt of the goods properly returned, the Seller shall refund the money paid to the Buyer to the Buyer's account from which the payment was made, including the return of the delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred because the Buyer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller).

If the Buyer has previously exercised the right to withdraw from the Innosenta Products, the Seller reserves the right to charge the delivery and billing costs associated with the exercise of such withdrawal in respect of subsequent withdrawals.

1.6 If the Buyer withdraws from the Purchase Contract before the Goods have been dispatched to him, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing by e-mail to info@innosenta.lv. The order is cancelled.

1.7 The Seller shall exchange or accept the return of goods of inadequate quality with a refund to the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Protection Law. The exchange and refund shall not apply to goods which have been damaged intentionally or negligently, if the conditions of use or storage of the goods have been violated, or if the goods have been used improperly or not for their intended purpose.
